Federal Government 3MTT National Impact Challenge 2026 Details
The 3MTT National Impact Challenge 2026 invites participants from across the 3MTT ecosystem, including 3MTT Fellows (Cohorts 1–3), DeepTech, AirtelNextGen, and Learning Community members, to tell their personal transformation stories. You are required to create a short video (maximum 2 minutes) sharing your “Before and After” journey, describe the impact of the 3MTT programme on your skills, employability, confidence, or career path, and publish the story on one of the approved social media platforms.
Your entry must use specific hashtags and tags so your story can be validated and considered for prizes. The goal is to highlight real outcomes from the 3MTT training, focusing on personal growth, new opportunities, and how digital skills have helped you make progress.

To participate in the 3MTT National Impact Challenge 2026, you must:
- Be a current or past participant (Fellow or member) of the 3MTT programme, including DeepTech, AirtelNextGen, or 3MTT Learning Community members.
- Publish your “Before and After 3MTT” story video on an approved social platform.
