📄 SCHOLARSHIP MENTORSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Scope of Services

This mentorship provides strategic guidance, planning, and document review related to scholarship applications.
Services include:

Scholarship selection guidance
Application strategy and timelines
Document review within package limits
Live mentorship and structured feedback

Document writing, rewriting from scratch, or full admission/application handling are not included unless separately agreed in writing as additional services.

2. No Guarantee of Scholarship Awards

While mentorship is delivered professionally and strategically:

Scholarship awards are not guaranteed
I do not work with scholarship bodies or influence selection decisions
Outcomes depend on competition levels, funding availability, and the mentee’s effort and execution

3. Document Review Policy

Each package includes a maximum number of documents per month
Reviews are limited to the number, format, and timelines stated
Documents exceeding package limits will attract additional fees
All documents must meet advanced submission requirements
No same-day, emergency, or last-minute reviews

4. Mentee Responsibilities

To benefit fully from the mentorship, the mentee agrees to:

Submit documents on time
Actively participate in sessions
Complete assigned action steps
Take ownership of writing and revisions

Failure to meet timelines may affect review availability.

5. Communication Boundaries

Communication access is limited to what is stated in the selected package
Mentorship chat is for guidance and clarification, not continuous editing
Response times vary by package tier

6. Additional Services

The following are not included and require a separate agreement:

Document writing from scratch
Unlimited editing or rewriting
Full admission or scholarship application handling

7. Professional Conduct

This mentorship is built on mutual respect, structure, and collaboration.
Abusive behavior, repeated boundary violations, or disregard for timelines may result in termination of the mentorship without refund.
