Aradel 2025/2026 Internship Program Details

The Aradel Internship Program aims to nurture young talents and fresh graduates by giving practical exposure to the operations of an integrated energy company. Interns will be exposed to real-world work environments in the oil & gas / energy industry, gain on-the-job training, and receive coaching and mentorship from experienced professionals.

The program accepts both undergraduate and graduate interns:

• Undergraduate Internship Track: For students currently enrolled in full-time undergraduate programs (300-level or 400-level), with university approval for the internship period. Duration typically 6 months (or per university requirement).
• Graduate Internship Track: For recent graduates (≤ 1 year since graduation) holding a bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Upper, or Upper Credit for HND holders). Duration up to 12 months.

Internships take place only in Lagos or Port Harcourt.

Eligibility Requirements for the Aradel 2025/2026 Internship Program

To apply for the Aradel 2025/2026 Internship Program, you must meet the following:

For Undergraduates

• Be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Be a 300-level or 400-level student in the 2025/2026 academic year.
• Have the relevant approval/authorization from your university to undertake the internship.

For Graduates

• Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Have graduated not more than one year ago (recent graduate).
• Hold a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) degree or Upper Credit for HND holders.

Also, applicants should have good communication skills, willingness to learn, and readiness to adapt to the energy sector’s working environment.
