To apply for this scholarship, you must first be offered a place at the University of Edinburgh and must either accept the offer or plan to do so. Applicants with unconditional offers will be given priority.

Glenmore Postgraduate Scholarship 2025/2026 at the University of Edinburgh Eligibility Requirements
To apply for the Glenmore Scholarship, you must meet these conditions:
- Be a national and current resident of an eligible country (see full list below).
- Have a first-class undergraduate degree or its equivalent from outside the UK.
- Have applied and received an offer for one of the eligible postgraduate programmes.
- Be committed to using your education to benefit your home country after graduation.
- Have not previously studied at a master’s level.
You must also submit a personal statement (maximum 3500 characters) answering these questions:
- What specific elements of this programme attracted you to the University of Edinburgh?
- How will the successful completion of this programme at the University of Edinburgh benefit your own career and personal development?
- How will the successful completion of this programme at the University of Edinburgh enable you to contribute to your community/region or country?
