  • Not have completed any undergraduate degree program.
  • Hold either an advanced secondary certificate, a second-class/credit diploma or have passed Makerere University’s mature-age entry exam.
• Graduate applicants must:
  • Be 35 years old or younger (or 40 years old or younger for refugees and persons with disabilities).
  • Not be pursuing or have completed any Master’s degree studies.
  • A refugee applicant must hold a Refugee Identity Card or Family Attestation.
