The Mastercard Foundation Graduate Internship Program 2026 is more than just work experience, it is a career-launching platform for young African graduates. It is hosted in seven African countries:

  • Ethiopia,
  • Ghana,

  • Rwanda,

Selected graduates will receive a monthly stipend to support their living expenses, along with access to e-learning resources and career development programs. Eligibility Requirements for the Mastercard Foundation Graduate Internship Program 2026
