Eligibility Requirements for the NDDC Skill Development Training and Empowerment Programme
To be eligible for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be an indigene of any of the nine Niger Delta states (Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, Rivers)
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Possess a minimum educational qualification of SSCE/WAEC in science-related subjects, OND (Sciences), or a Trade Test Certificate from a recognized institution
- Hold additional technical qualifications related to automotive, mechanical, or allied trades (advantageous)
- Fresh graduates in engineering or related technical areas with an interest in skills like CNG conversion technology may apply
- Beneficiaries of previous NDDC Skills Acquisition and Empowerment Programmes are not eligible
