Tokyo City University International Graduate Scholarship 2026 Details
The Tokyo City University International Graduate Scholarship is aimed at students entering the Graduate School of Integrative Science and Engineering or the Graduate School of Environmental and Information Studies.
Each year, up to 3 students are awarded the scholarship. It covers a maximum of 5 years, which includes the standard study period for both the master’s and doctoral programs.

Tokyo City University International Graduate Scholarship 2026 Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be an international student privately funding their education.
- Have completed at least 16 years of education in their home country.
- Be within two years of obtaining their bachelor’s degree.
- Be academically outstanding, ranking in the top 10% of their class at a top 10% university in their country.
- Demonstrate potential to excel in research and contribute to internationalizing TCU.
- Be able to submit a letter of recommendation from the president of their previous university.

- Be committed to enrolling in both a Master’s and then a Doctoral program at TCU.
- Not receiving any other scholarships.
