Eligibility Requirements for Alex Otti Foundation Scholarship 2026

To qualify for the Alex Otti Foundation Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a Nigerian citizen currently enrolled in a public university.
• Be in 200 level (second year) at the time of application. Additionally, students who have recently secured direct entry admission into 200-level, and who will still be in their second year by April 2026
• Have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 on a 5.0 scale or its equivalent.
• Demonstrate financial need (students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply).

Who Should Not Apply

• Siblings of current Alex Otti Foundation scholars are ineligible until their sibling’s scholarship tenure is completed.

• Statement of Result: signed statement of results for the first academic session, issued by the Department or Faculty Admin Officer (a representative of the Registrar). Direct entry applicants must provide their qualifying examination results.
