One of the universities taking part in the Chinese Government Scholarships is Guangxi Medical University.

The medical school was among the first in China to accept students from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas, including Chinese students. Additionally, it is among the first 30 Chinese medical schools authorized by the Ministry of Education to accept MBBS students.

Eligibility Requirements for the Scholarship

To be considered for the Guangxi Medical University Scholarship, the participant must:

be non-Chinese citizens in good health.
hold a master’s degree and be born after March 31, 1985 (Doctoral Applicants).
not receiving other types of Chinese government scholarships at the same time.
hold a bachelor’s degree and be born after March 31, 1990 (Master’s Applicants).
If you are a graduate in July 2025, you need to issue a Provisional Certificate.

Living stipend: 3000 CNY/month for master students and 3500 CNY/month for doctoral students.

How to Apply for the Scholarship (Step by Step)

To apply for the Guangxi Medical University Scholarship, interested and qualified candidates should;

Login to the “Chinese Government Scholarship Study Abroad Management Information System“.
After entering the system, click on the redbutton ”CREAT AN ACCOUNT” in the upper right corner to create a new one (even if you already have a CSC account, you still need to apply for a new one).
Fill in personal application information, submit and print the “Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form” online, and upload the scholarship application materials as listed.
After receiving all the application materials, Guangxi Medical University will conduct a preliminary review of the materials and conduct a telephone or online interview for the applicants.
Please submit your application before the date, or it will not be accepted after the deadline.
