VLIRUOS ICP Connect Scholarships 2026 Details
ICP Connect scholarships are offered for accredited, English-taught international study programmes in Belgium. The programmes are hosted by Flemish universities and universities of applied sciences and arts.
The scholarship supports full-time study starting in September 2026. Funding is available only for the full duration of the programme, which may be 12, 24, or 36 months, depending on the course. Partial scholarships or extensions are not available.
The programme focuses on building the capacity of students who can act as agents of change and contribute to social and economic development after completing their studies.

Eligibility Requirements for the VLIRUOS ICP Connect Scholarships 2026
- Must be a national of one of the 29 eligible countries
- Must reside in an eligible country at the time of application
- Bachelor and initial master applicants must be 35 years old or younger
- Advanced master applicants must be 45 years old or younger
- Bachelor applicants must be at least 19 years old
- Must apply for only one ICP Connect scholarship per year
- Must not receive another scholarship at the same time
- Must not have previously received a Belgian government scholarship
- Must not have studied in Belgium before 1 January of the intake year
- Preference given to candidates working in or targeting careers in higher education, government, or civil society
