How to Apply for the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) 2026/2027 (Step-by-Step)

• Deadline: 1 December 2025 at 12:00 noon Hong Kong Time

• With the reference number, applicants must then submit full PhD applications to their chosen universities.
• Each applicant may select up to two programmes/departments at one or two universities.

• Applications submitted without quoting the HKPFS Reference Number will not be considered under the scheme.
