To be eligible for the Mastercard Foundation Scholarship 2025/2026 for Africans, applicants must:
- For International Applicants (Somalia, Eritrea, South Sudan, Djibouti):
- Be a citizen and permanent resident of one of the eligible countries for at least five years
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an English-medium university (completed within the past five years)
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale
- Not currently enrolled in any graduate program
