• Be a resident and citizen of Ethiopia, Malawi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, or Zimbabwe
• Not having studied outside of Africa before (training under 6 months is allowed)

• Hold a bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record (typically top 10% of your class)
• Be committed to returning home after your studies to make an impact
