Wilson and Yinka Badejo Scholarship (WYBF) 2026 For Nigerians Details
The Wilson and Yinka Badejo Foundation Scholarship has supported indigent students in Nigeria since 2008 through the Legacy Scholarship programme. The foundation also introduced the Nurturing Hearts Scholarship to support young women dedicated to children’s ministry and youth development.
The scholarship is designed to provide educational support for students with strong academic performance, leadership potential, and good character who may not have the financial means to pursue their studies comfortably.

Legacy Scholarship
This is a one-time scholarship awarded to students enrolled in public tertiary institutions in Nigeria including universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, and selected theological seminaries.
Nurturing Hearts Scholarship
This category is specifically for females aged 18–28 who are pursuing studies, vocational training, or professional development connected to children’s ministry work. The award is renewable once.

Eligibility Requirements for the Wilson and Yinka Badejo Scholarship (WYBF) 2026 For Nigerians
- Demonstrate financial need
- Possess strong academic performance and good character
- Be enrolled or admitted into an accredited public tertiary institution in Nigeria
- Not have received the WYBF scholarship more than twice previously
Additional Requirements for Legacy Scholarship
Applicants must:

- Study at a public tertiary institution in Nigeria
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.5 if already in school
- Submit JAMB score if in first year without GPA
