  1. You must be a registered Nigerian undergraduate student.
  2. You must be in at least 200 level at the time you are completing the application form.
  3. You must have strong academic performance. Your CGPA is the main deciding factor.
  4. Your university Registrar must certify that you are truly indigent.
  5. You must be fully registered for the current academic session.
  6. Only one application per candidate is allowed.
  7. Any false information leads to automatic disqualification.
