To qualify for the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Scholarship 2025/2026, applicants must meet these conditions:
General Requirements
- You must be an indigene of one of the Niger Delta states: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Ondo, Imo, or Rivers.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You must not have any record of misconduct or provide false information — doing so will lead to disqualification.
