The NextGen Fellowship is a special track under the 3 Million Technical Talent programme. It is powered by the Airtel Africa Foundation and created to support young Nigerians who want to build careers in technology.

The programme runs in different learning models. Some will learn online and in person at ALC centres. Some will learn in teams through peer-led groups. Others will join the fully virtual option and learn 100 percent online.
During the fellowship, participants will learn through projects, hackathons, innovation challenges, and mentorship sessions. You will also get the chance to be part of externships, job placements, and a national tech community.
