Unubiko Foundation Tertiary Education Scholarship Awards 2026 Details
The Unubiko Foundation UNUBIKO Tertiary Education Scholarship Awards is a financial support program for students in state and federal-owned tertiary institutions.
The scholarship is open to:
- Abia State students studying in any state or federal-owned tertiary institution across Nigeria
- Non-Abian students studying in state or federal-owned tertiary institutions located in Abia State
There are three scholarship categories:
- University category
- Polytechnic category
- College of Education category
Eligible fields of study include:
- Accountancy
- Agricultural Science
- Architecture
- Business Administration/Economics
- Computer Science
- Education Technology
- Environmental Studies/Surveying
- Geology/Geophysics/Geo Informatics
- Law
- Mass Communication/Journalism
- Engineering
- Dentistry
- Pharmacy
- Medicine/Surgery
There will be a screening test for applicants. Only applications submitted through the official Unubiko Foundation portal will be considered.
Multiple applications will lead to automatic disqualification.

Eligibility Requirements for the Unubiko Foundation Tertiary Education Scholarship Awards 2026
Applicants must:
- Be a full-time University student of Abia State origin in a state or federal-owned institution across Nigeria, or a non-Abian student studying in Abia State
- Be a full-time Polytechnic student of Abia State origin in a state or federal-owned institution across Nigeria, or a non-Abian student studying in Abia State
- Be a full-time College of Education student of Abia State origin in a state or federal-owned institution across Nigeria, or a non-Abian student studying in Abia State
- Have a minimum CGPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale (University category) or its equivalent
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale (Polytechnic category) or its equivalent
- Have a minimum CGPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale (College of Education category) or its equivalent
- Have at least six O’Level credits in one sitting, including English Language and Mathematics
