2026 Cadieux-Léger Fellowship Program Details
The Cadieux-Léger Fellowship Program is an annual fellowship hosted by Global Affairs Canada.

Eligibility Requirements for the 2026 Cadieux-Léger Fellowship Program
To qualify for the Cadieux-Léger Fellowship 2026:
- Must be enrolled full-time in a PhD program at a recognized institution (Canada or abroad).
- Have completed all coursework and exams and have an approved dissertation proposal at the time of application.

- Applicants must be able to obtain Secret security clearance (as required for the role).
