General Requirements
- Have a valid National Identity Number (NIN)
- Complete NIMC verification before applying
- Not be a previous beneficiary of the same or lower category of PTDF scholarship
- Not be receiving another scholarship

Undergraduate Requirements

- Be a full-time student in a Nigerian public university
- Be in 200 level (second year)
- Study a course related to oil and gas, energy, or management
- Have at least 5 credits in WAEC/NECO/SSCE including English and Mathematics

MSc Requirements
