2025 KPMG Global Internship Program: Details
The KPMG Global Internship Program (GIP) is a four-week, fully immersive internship designed for exceptional undergraduate or graduate students who wish to advance their studies in their chosen path. Interns are placed in a different KPMG member firm across the globe, where they’ll collaborate on real client engagements, develop technical and interpersonal skills, and gain an insider’s perspective into KPMG’s international operations.
Interns typically work in service lines such as Audit, Tax, or Advisory, depending on their home country assignment and the host firm’s needs. Beyond work, participants engage in cross-cultural activities, networking events, and mentorship opportunities designed to foster both personal and professional growth.
Each intern receives full support throughout the experience, which includes visa processing, accommodation assistance, airfare tickets and ongoing guidance from both home and host country KPMG teams.
