Eligibility Requirements for the Texas A&M University Chancellor’s Fellowship 2026
To apply for this fellowship, applicants must:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field by August 2026; having a Master’s degree is allowed but not required.
- Maintain a cumulative undergraduate GPA of ≥ 3.9 on a 4.0 scale in their STEM bachelor’s program.
- Be applying to (or already admitted to) a STEM Ph.D. program at Texas A&M University, with the PhD study beginning in Fall 2026. Winning the fellowship is contingent on also being accepted.
- Be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or eligible noncitizen.
