Shiraka Training Programme 2026 Details
The training programme is aimed at civil servants with 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in social affairs and employment. It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, as participants can only take part in one Shiraka training programme.
The course lasts for two weeks (10 working days) and is delivered in two parts. Part 1 takes place in Amman, Jordan, from 7–11 June 2026. Part 2 takes place in The Hague, Netherlands, from 14–18 September 2026.
The programme includes workshops, study visits, social activities, and peer learning. Sessions are conducted in English, with live interpretation available in Arabic and/or French. A certificate of participation is awarded upon completion.

Eligibility Requirements for the Shiraka Training Programme 2026
- Must be a civil servant
- Must be from an eligible target country
- Must have 5–10 years of relevant work experience in social affairs and employment
- Must not have participated in a Shiraka training programme before
- An intermediate level of English is recommended
- Women are strongly encouraged to apply
