Does it matter whether I attended a public or private high school?
No. You are eligible to apply as long as you attended or graduated from an accredited high school in the country, regardless of whether it was public or private.

I have already received an admission letter from a university. Can I still apply?
Yes, provided you have not yet enrolled or resumed classes at the time of submitting your scholarship application. Students who have received an offer but not yet started studying remain eligible.

Do I need to be planning to attend a university specifically?
No. The scholarship is open to students planning to attend any accredited higher institution of their choice within the country — this includes universities, polytechnics, technical colleges, and colleges of education.

What if my intended institution is not yet accredited?
You may still apply. However, if you are awarded the scholarship, the institution must be fully accredited by the time you request your first draw from the scholarship fund. If accreditation is not granted by that point, you will not be able to access your funds at that institution.

What documents do I need to upload when applying?
At the initial application stage, you need to upload two items: a recent photograph in JPG or PNG format, and three essays typed or pasted directly into the provided text fields on the application form — each essay must be a minimum of 500 words and must not exceed 750 words. You cannot upload your essays as separate documents.

Dream Rite strongly recommends having these documents ready before you submit your initial application to avoid delays.

Who should the letter of recommendation be addressed to?
The letter must be addressed to: The National Scholarship Panel, Dreamers College Fund Scholarship Program, Dream Rite, Inc. This address will also be included in your Level II Review notification email.

Where do I send my Level II Review documents?
Instructions on where to email your additional documents will be provided in the email notification you receive when your application progresses to Level II Review. Do not send documents before receiving those instructions.

My application status says “Pending Review Level II” but I have not received an email. What do I do?
If your status has been updated to “Pending Review Stage II” and you have not received an email notification within 24 hours, email [email protected] with your last name and application ID in the subject line. Dream Rite will review your profile and respond within three business days.

What happens if I miss the Level II Review document deadline?
