HSE University Scholarships 2026 Details
HSE University offers several scholarship routes for international students for the 2026 academic year. These scholarships are mainly funded by the Government of the Russian Federation and partner institutions.
One option is the State Scholarship of the Government of the Russian Federation. Winners are selected through the HSE International Olympiad in the Bachelor’s Degree track. The final list of Olympiad winners will be announced no later than 1 April 2026.
Another option is the Rossotrudnichestvo quota. International applicants applying through this route can choose a program based on their approved field of study. However, HSE University reserves the right to assign the final program of study.
HSE University also accepts winners and prize-winners of the Open Doors Olympiad for admission to fully funded study places.
