Who Can Apply for the AgricTech Scholarship
You must:
- Be enrolled in a recognised Nigerian university, polytechnic or college of education
- Be in 2nd year or above of an undergraduate programme in Agriculture, Agricultural Technology or a related discipline
- Meet the CGPA requirement:
- First Class or Distinction: priority consideration for full awards
- Second Class Upper or Upper Credit: considered together with other strong factors such as your video, passion and experience
- Provide the required documents below
The application form lets you choose your current level as 200 level or ND 2, 300 level, 400 level or HND 2, or 500 level.

Documents You Need
All files are uploaded on the application form.
- Academic transcript or statement of result. One PDF, maximum 1 MB. An official copy or a student copy is accepted. It must cover at least your most recent academic session (for example 100 or 200 level, depending on your current level) and be signed or stamped by your institution’s registry or department.
- CV or resume. One PDF, maximum 1 MB. It should show your academic background, relevant experience and extracurricular activities.
- FAO eLearning Academy certificate. One PDF, maximum 1 MB. You must complete an agriculture-related online course on the FAO eLearning Academy and upload the certificate. The flyer does not name a specific course.
- 2-minute video. One video file, maximum 10 MB. Explain why you are passionate about agriculture or agricultural technology.
- Leadership or innovation projects (optional). You can describe any you have taken part in.
