Eligibility Requirements for the MPOWER Women in STEM Scholarship 2026
- Be accepted at, or enrolled in, a full-time STEM degree program at an MPOWER-eligible school in the U.S. or Canada
- Be a female student
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be an international student or DACA recipient legally allowed to study in the U.S. or Canada
- For study in the U.S.:
- Hold a valid U.S. student visa, or
- Be a DACA recipient, or
- Be a U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder)
- For study in Canada:
- Be a Canadian permanent resident, or
- Hold a valid Canadian study permit
- U.S. citizens studying in the U.S. and Canadian citizens studying in Canada are not eligible
- You do not need to be an MPOWER borrower to apply
