The In-country Scholarship Programme is currently available in:

Eligibility Requirements for the KAAD Scholarships 2026/2027 in Germany

To apply for the KAAD Scholarships, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must come from a developing or emerging country
  • Must have strong academic performance
  • Must demonstrate social or religious commitment
  • Must show willingness to contribute to development in their home country
  • Must be willing to participate in intercultural and interreligious dialogue
