To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a citizen and resident of an African country
• Be between 16 and 25 years old at the time of application
• Be eligible to receive a Nigerian student visa
• Be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Have outstanding academic records, including:
  • For Nigerian applicants: a minimum JAMB score of 250
  • For all applicants: a minimum average of 80% or 4.0/5.0 GPA
